The product drafts, reminds, and suggests — it never sends a message, makes a payment, or files a document on your behalf without your explicit one-tap approval. You are responsible for reviewing every document and communication before you use or send it, and for ensuring it fits your specific situation and jurisdiction. For serious disputes, complex situations, or unique terms, consult a licensed attorney.
Your data & privacy
Lease documents and personal information are encrypted, stored privately, and accessed only over short-lived signed links. When a document is processed by AI, it is sent only over a zero-retention path — your documents are not used to train any AI model and are not shared. You can export or permanently delete your account data at any time from your account settings.
